Hello! Thanks for visiting our site. I am the Broker/Owner of Prudential Silver City Properties. We opened our doors in August of 2005. I have sold real estate since April of 2000, and have consistently rated among the top agents in Silver City and New Mexico by production. I am from Chicago, and moved to Silver City from Seattle in 1999. Silver City is a great place to live. The quality of life is high, the stress is low, the weather is great, and the people are the best. I live just outside of town with my partner and three Airedale Terriers: Max, Boomer, and Maggie. I currently volunteer my time as President-Elect of the Silver City Regional Association of Realtors, as a member of the Town of Silver City Land Use Code Review Committee, and I help place Airedales who need a home through Southwest Airedale Terrier Rescue. I've also been involved with the Silver City/Grant County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors (Past President), and the Board of the Mimbres Region Arts Council. Silver City is small enough where you can easily volunteer, get involved, and make a difference. |

I have been in real estate since 1998 and have been in Silver City since 1988.
I am on the board of directors for our local Country Club and the University
Club. I am ensconced in the the community and advocate highly anything for
the betterment of our area. I have two grown children who were both raised in
Silver City and two spoiled dogs. Buying or selling real estate can be tricky
so I like to see that the process can be relatively stress-free. |

A 6-year resident of Silver City, I'm one of those people who lives here because I
love it here. I've been a Realtor for 9 years, returning to real estate after
stints as a newspaper editor and in marketing/public relations. Working in
corporate settings really helped me appreciate the freedom and opportunities of
real estate! I live in downtown Silver City in a renovated 108-year-old adobe, and
am particularly interested in infill, green and sustainable development, and
affordable housing issues. I'm a past president of the Mimbres Region Arts Council
board, and currently serve as president of the Silver City Regional Multiple
Listing Service Board. I love the feeling of knowing I've helped people feel
comfortable and confident during their real estate transactions, and knowing I've
helped people achieve a dream is a great part of this job too! |

I am originally from Southern California, however I am fourth generation Silver Citian. I moved from Laguna Hills, California where I worked in management for 15 years in the marketing industry and managed 150 part-time employees in three different states for 13 of those 15 years. Feeling like life was passing me bye, I decided to move to Silver City in 1999, hoping to find a more relaxed lifestyle. Guess what? I found it and I have no regrets! In fact, pretty near the whole family has moved to Silver City since 1999. I have no children, but five wonderful dogs, Madison, Cheyenne, Cody, Blu and Striker. The first several years here in Silver City were spent working in our family owned restaurant called the Silver Spoon Eatery. Since 2004, I have been privileged to assist many folks, with all of their real estate needs. Over the last several years, I have served on our local Regional MLS Board as Vice President, President, and I am currently serving as one of the Directors. I have also received the Honor Society Award at Prudential for the last two years. I also volunteer for the Tyrone Volunteer Fire Department as a Firefighter. With much anticipation, I look forward to meeting new people and assist them in finding that special property with the utmost of service and integrity.

I was raised in Madison, Wisconsin. My first trip to Silver City was in the mid 1970’s to visit my Grandparents. Our family fell in love with the area. I moved to Silver City in 1980 after graduating college. I have 23 years experience as a civil engineering technician. My jobs included drafting, surveying, construction inspection, subdivision review, city utility design and city planning. In 2003, I began my career as a realtor to take my career in a new direction. I enjoy the challenges and rewards that come with the job. I look forward to meeting you soon! |
